(More customer reviews)After reviewing several comparable stools, We picked this one. Big mistake first the direction are something to be desired not exactly complete. Thank God I am handy with my hands. But the biggest problem was the screws that hold the back on. Two out of the four stools, when we sat back in them, the screw heads popped through the seat part. I had to put washers on them to keep them from going through. One of the other one's I have had to do the same thing to 3 weeks later. Not very dependable poorly made, bad design. And last but not least they are uncomfortable. I did rate them 1 star, they do look good. I would have sent them back but the return procedures where not cvery clear and didn't want to bnother with the hassle. I have learned my lesson and will take the lost and go and buy GOOD stools when the time comes to replace these, in the near future.
