Very safely shipped and nicely packed - all parts wrapped in plastic and foam sprayed into the box to fill all the voids and cushion the parts. Easy to put together and easy to follow instructions. There is NO extra hardware, so don't loose any washers, nuts, etc. I would certainly purchase from this company again and I can't say how impressed I am with the care of packing and shipping.
