(More customer reviews)I bought 2 of these tables to use as night stands for a higher than normal bed w/limited space for a nightstand. Turned out to be perfect!! They are very heavy/sturdy. I put them together myself w/no problems. There were a couple of pieces that didn't seem to fit together so well, but it is completely unnoticeable. I LOVE these tables. Very classy, clean lines. The drawer is tiny. I can fit my TV remote and reading glasses..that's about it. The surface fits my lamp and phone wonderfully. I definately recommend these as a night table when you have limited space. As for a phone table..the drawer might hold pens but definately not a phone book.
