(More customer reviews)I received these chairs well packed and undamaged.Assembly was fairly easy although the included instructions were not done very well and looked like a 10th generation copy (I guess they don't have new printers in the ROC).
I had a problem with both chairs and contacted the seller (AtHomeMart).I will paste the contact and the reply below :
CONTACT SELLER: Do you have any touch up stain for the wood finish ?There are a few areas that need touch up missed by the factory. Thanks, xxxxxxxxx

The manufacture has gotten back to me regarding the stain unfortunately we cannot ship the paint but they suggest that you go to home depot & buy a marker cherry color & that should work sorry for any inconvenience

MY THOUGHTS : This is truely amazing!I now have spend my time and gas money to travel to HD to try to find some product that will repair a defect on a product that some company sold to me.Why don't they go to HD and buy it for me and ship it to me?Also - punctuation and capitalization of words in replies would be nice.
I replied back to them with my thoughts (less the grammer part).I will post any updates that I receive.
