(More customer reviews)When everything was assembled, which was quite time-consuming, we noticed the front leg of one chair did not touch the floor, making it wobble.I measured each leg and they were the same length which meant that the chair was not "square".Due to health problems I was unable to do anything about it right away.When I was able, several months later (less than 6 months), I contacted the company.
We sent several messages back and forth, but their only offer was to SELL me a set of two chairs for $127.88.Having already spent nearly $500 on this tiny set, I was not interested in spending even more money! They refused to simply exchange one chair, which I felt would have been the proper thing to do since IT WAS DEFECTIVE.
I had my first dinner using my new dining set and one of my guests nearly had his plate in his lap!There are no locks on the sliding pegs which allow the leaves to fold down.We find ourselves checking these pegs regularly to make sure they are tight since they become loose over time.
So I find myself with a wobbly chair and leaves that have the potential to fall at any time.This really takes away from the enjoyment of this dining set.
I cannot recommend this product or this company.
