FedEx delivered the table and I was told the box was damaged. I went to look at it and the box was pretty much crushed. I went ahead and signed for it because I had just woken up and the FedEx guy wrote that the box was crushed/damaged. I figured I'd take a lot at it and see if anything was wrong with it since I figured there was still a lot of packing in it. I didn't even have to open anything to remove the table because of the amount of damage to the box. Table seemed pretty cheaply made, even for something that only cost $208. There was a huge crack in the table and my wife told me I was stupid for even signing for it. (She was probably right)

I went ahead and started the return process on Amazon and it could not have been easier. I clicked through and was told UPS would show up with a prepaid label the very next day. UPS showed up and didn't have a problem taking back the damaged box. I felt bad for not securing things better, but that's the condition I received it in.

If it wouldn't have came so damaged I'm not sure how highly I would have rated the table after using it. Perhaps I would have thought the table looked better if I would have had a chance to set it up. I'm not sure if its Amazon's, International Concept's, or FedEx's fault, but I'd assume the responsibility lies with FedEx.

Two or three stars seems fair to me. I haven't received the replacement table that I ordered elsewhere, but that table looked a lot more sturdy and was only about $40 bucks more.
