(More customer reviews)the quality is so so - my big problem is this- one part for one stool (out of 8 stools) came in wrong (actually made wrong)- to put the last stool together I need this part- it is the support brace- between Amazon and Hillsdale no one can help me. No one can just send me the part- Hillsdale could not even find a record of the order.
No one can just ship that part- went thru Hillsdale off Amazon's orginal recommendation and no one helped. Spoke to 3 customer service people at Amazon and they could not help-Amazon's solution was to return the entire set.What a joke, I had already put it together.I guess the amount of money I spend in a year with Amazon is not important to them because they made no effort to solve this problem.Guess when you order on line you pay in the end.
And if you are condsidering Hillsdale in general please note the quality is just so so -I would spend the extra and buy local.All in all this furniture experience and product was so bad I will never shop Amazon again.BEWARE
